crossing.Pedestrians must not walk on roads unless there is no sidewalk.Under
this conditions ,pedestrians should always walk as close to the outside edge of
the road as possible in a single line.

standing on the road way to ask for a ride which is illegal.It disturbs the
normal traffic flow.

Solociting
means to ask for something.Pedestrians should not stand
on the highway or next to highway to talk with drivers
or passengers.
