Schedule Maitenance/Service Programmed for Passenger Transport vehicles

DAILY
  1.  Check engine oil
  2.  Check radiator coolant level
  3.  Check power steering fluid
  4. Check brake/clutch fluid level
  5. Check the condition of the lights and indicators
  6.  Check the operation of all emergency switches
  7. Check the condition of horn & wipers
  8.  Check all nuts/bolts and tight/replace if necessary
  9.  Check tyre pressure.

WEEKLY  

  1. Carry out the daily service
  2. Check gear box oil level
  3. Check fan belt
  4. Check air cleaner, clean element if required
  5. Check Brake oil level
  6. Check Differential oil level
  7. Check transfer gear oil level
  8. Check battery electrolyte level

Monthly

  1. Carry out daily and weekly service
  2. Check brakes
  3.  Grease oil spring shackles
  4. Grease universal joints
  5. Grease steering joints
  6.  Grease body pivot points
  7. Check all nuts/bolts and tight/replace if necessary
  8. Check and report on the condition of tyres
  9. Check the condition of fan belt

Quaterly (3 Months)

  1.  Carry out weekly and monthly service
  2. Change engine and filters
  3. Check clutch, adjust if required

Quaterly (3 Months)

  1.  Carry out weekly and monthly service
  2. Change differential oil
  3. Check gearbox oil

Yearly

Take to workshop

  1. Remove all brake drums and inspect lining
  2. Replace and adjust all wheel bearings
  3.  Repair seats and body structures as required
  4. Change radiator coolant
  5. Change differential oil
  6. Change engine and gear oil
  7. Check all mechanical and electrical components and replace if necessary
